The results of the research showed that the ESA method is effective in teaching English speaking at eleventh grade IPS A of UPT SMAN 10 Sinjai. This concluded based on the results of the paired sample t-test obtained significant results of 0.000 less than 0.05 which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or in other words that the use of the ESA method is effective in learning English. In addition, the results of the N-Gain score in the research conducted obtained an N-Gain value of 0.50 or in the N-Gain percentage of 50%. The N-Gain test result value is in the second interval, namely 0.30 greater than or equal to 0.70.
